To be reimbursed for USA Hockey Registration, Coaching Clinics and Age-Specific Modules, please email your receipts and course completion confirmations to Budget Director at budgetdirector@cghockey.com.
Please refer to the CGHA Handbook for information on reimbursement limits for each CEP Level.
**Note: you will ONLY be reimbursed if you are placed on a team for the current season.
CGHA will provide reimbursement for the required certification/training needed for a coach to fulfill the position on the roster that they have been pre-approved by the CGHA board to Head or Assistant coach;
Requests for reimbursement need to be submitted using the Check Request form (provided below) within 30-days of completing registration, training, etc. Attach receipts to completed Check Request form and submit to the Budget Director by sending via email to budgetdirector@cghockey.com, or, by putting hardcopies in the Budget Director mailbox at the arena.
